Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
Orders typically ship the next business day, although they may ship the same day when ordered before Noon Pacific Time.  Orders received on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.  Please indicate if you need your order by a certain date; we will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Cost
The shipping calculator in our website’s shopping cart shows the shipping cost for your particular order. Shipping cost is calculated by total order weight/size and the shipping zip code for domestic orders or country for international orders.  If you add or subtract items to your shopping cart, click “calculate” to see the new shipping charge.  

Transit Times
Typical US delivery times in business days are shown on the service maps below. Except for Express Mail, delivery times are not guaranteed; however, we find both USPS and Fedex meet these schedules more than 95% of the time.

**Express Mail orders must be placed by Noon Pacific Time in order to assure same day shipping.  Please click here to see if the USPS service commitment for your specific area code is 1 or 2 days (originating zip code is 92109).  Express Mail delivers on Saturday.

Tracking 
You will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a link to the tracking number when your order ships.  Alternatively, you may login to your account and check order status to see the tracking information.  Note that First Class Mail does not really provide tracking capabilities, only delivery confirmation. 

International Shipping
We ship worldwide via USPS (with the exception of extra Glowbys batteries, which we no longer ship internationally due to new transport restrictions).  If your country is not listed as a shipping option, please email us, or contact our local distributor by clicking on the corresponding country flag to the left. 

International estimated delivery times and starting prices (see shipping calculator for exact shipping charge):

   First Class Mail International: $5 & up  (1-3 weeks; no tracking or insurance)
   Priority Mail International : $25 & up  (6-10 business days; limited tracking capabilities).
   Express Mail International : $32 & up  (3-6 business days; more reliable tracking capabilities and insurance).

The above delivery times are approximate (not guaranteed) and do not indlcude possible customs delays.  International customers may be responsible for duty or taxes charged by their own country upon receipt of shipment.
