Orders normally ship the next business day.  Luminence takes no responsibilty if you provide an incorrect shipping address.

US Shipping & Handling

Shipping charges vary by weight, but prices start as follows (includes $1.50 handling charge per order):

USPS First Class Mail - $3.00 (typically 2-4 business days)
USPS Priority Mail - $6.50 (typically 2-4 business days)
Fedex Ground/Home Delivery - $7.50 (typically 3-6 business days)
USPS Express Mail -  $15 (guaranteed 1-2 business days)

Express Mail - USPS Express Mail is our standard express shipping method.  Orders must be placed by 11:00am Pacific Time in order to assure same day shipping, pending product availability.  USPS Express Mail guarantees 1 day to most locations, but 2 days to some rural locations.  Please click here to see if the commitment for your area code is 1 or 2 days (originating zip code is 92037).  USPS Express Mail does deliver on Saturday.

International Shipping

Luminence ships worldwide (with the exception of extra Glowbys batteries, which we do not ship internationally, due to new transport restrictions).  If your country is not listed as a shipping option, please email us, or contact our local distributor by clicking on the corresponding country flag to the left.  

Canadian customers - we do not ship to Canada via Fedex Ground, due to their very expensive custom brokerage fees.  Unfortunately, we cannot disable the Fedex Ground option to Canada in our shopping cart, without also disabling it for our US customers.  If you chose Fedex Ground as a shipping option to Canada, we will automatically change it to USPS Priority Mail International. 

International shipping options with typical delivery times are as follows:

First Class Mail International : $4.00 and up; 1-3 weeks; NOT INSURED, NOT TRACKABLE
Priority Mail International : $28 and up; 6-10 business days; insurable to most countries.
Express Mail International : $31 and up; 3-6 business days; INCLUDES INSURANCE

International First Class is the least expensive shipping method; however, we do not reccomend it, as it is not insurable or trackable.  PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU CHOOSE THIS SHIPPING METHOD, YOU TAKE THE RISK IF THE SHIPMENT IS LOST OR STOLEN.  

Crystal Tresses, Stars and Necklaces fit into a small Priority Mail Flat Rate box at $15.45 worldwide.  The shopping cart doesn't show this option, but if possible, we will ship via this method and reduce your shipping charge accordingly.  Glowbys don't fit into the small Flat Rate box.

The above delivery times do not include possible customs delays.  International customers may be responsible for duty or taxes charged by their own country upon receipt of shipment.
