2. Yes, our site is equipped with the most advanced Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology available to ensure the privacy of any information that you submit through the site. áá
3. Yes, your personal information is securely stored in our Ecommerce database with the same SSL 128-bit encryption. You have the option to make this information available for future orders when logging in, so that you do not have to type it again when you come back and shop from us.á Note that we do NOT keep or store your credit card information.

Credit cards are charged at the time of the order, before the order is shipped out. You will receive an order confirmation email if the payment was approved.

6. Orders typically ship the next business day, although sometimes they may ship the same day (all orderable items are in stock). You can check on the status of your order by clicking on Order Status or by clicking on the link on your order confirmation e-mail to review your order.
7. If a tracking number is assigned to your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a link to the tracking number.á You can alsoátrack the order by logging in to the Order Status and reviewing your order. á
